Delaware Park Racetrack and Casino is located just minutes south of Wilmington, DE, and inside is a cozy little bar called "Hops", with a stage and dance floor.
This is where you can join in the dancing fun, with dances of all varieties scheduled regularly throughout the month.

DJ Dave Cornwell |
The DJ is a fun guy named Dave Cornwell, who's happy to take requests, and keeps the beat moving for the dancers.
Dave plays for the twice monthly oldies line dance nights, as well as for the country line dancing every Thursday.
There's also the occasional country line dance party on a Saturday night.
Although there's no instructor on the oldies night, there's a diverse group of dancers in attendance, who are always willing to help someone getting started, and can steer you in the right direction to find whatever type of classes suit you.

Rob Holley |
On country line dance nights the instructor is Rob Holley, who is cheerful, patient, and talented. Rob has choreographed many of his own dances, and makes learning even the most difficult dances a joy.
Intermediate level country dances are taught at 6:30 PM, and beginner level dances at 8:00 PM. In between and afterward there's plenty of music played and dances danced.
If you're interested in attending have a look at the
Delaware Park Events Page to find the schedule for the current month.
